Visibility Public Unlisted

Public tournaments appear in search and discovery. Unlisted tournaments do not appear publicly, but anyone with the link can view and register. If you select Integrated Payments, this tournament will be kept Unlisted until you finish connecting Stripe — a tournament that can't take entry fees yet shouldn't be publicly bookable.

Heads up — fees are final. How you collect payments, your entry fee amounts, and any advanced fee schedule (including every period's dates) are locked in once you create this tournament. They can't be edited afterward, because they determine how entries are charged and refunded. Double-check them before you finish.

How will you collect payments?

Integrated Payments

All tournament features are available immediately. Players pay a small processing and platform fee when they register, and funds go directly to your connected Stripe account. Those players cover the $0.99/player platform fee themselves.

You can still add players manually and collect their fees yourself, but you'll be charged $0.99 for each player you add that way, and score entry stays locked until that balance is paid. You'll need to set up Stripe if you haven't already. Until then, this tournament stays unlisted and can't accept entry fees.

I'll handle the payments

No Stripe account needed. You collect fees directly from players yourself. Before you can enter scores, you'll pay a $0.99/player platform fee, billed once when you're ready to run the event.

Charge different entry fees depending on when a player registers (early bird, regular, late).

Standard event fee schedule

The schedule runs back to back with no gaps, from the day registration opens to the day it closes. Start and end dates are both included, so if Early Bird ends Aug 4, Standard starts Aug 5. Just set the end date where one period hands off to the next — the rest fill in automatically. Fees must be in multiples of $5.
