Cancel A

This calls the whole tournament off and refunds the players who paid.

This can't be undone. When you confirm:

Registration closes and the tournament drops out of public listings and search.
All 16 active entries are withdrawn.
Refunds are issued through Stripe for the 0 paid entries below.
Every registered player is emailed that the tournament is off.
The tournament moves to archived: kept but read-only, visible only to you, and still available to copy for a future tournament.

The tournament itself is kept, not deleted — results, entries and payment history stay on record. Refunds already issued can't be reversed, so there's no un-cancel.

This tournament handles its own payments, so nothing can be refunded automatically. Cancelling still withdraws every entry and notifies the players — you'll need to return entry fees yourself.

How much to refund

Refund players — $0.00

Returns what each player paid, less the card processing fee Stripe keeps on a refund (about 2.9% + $0.30). That fee was already taken out of what reached your account, so this returns everything you actually received — you're not out of pocket.

Don't refund anything

Withdraws every entry and notifies the players, but moves no money. Use this only when you're settling up some other way.

Reason (optional — included in the email to players)
